Duties:

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of recruiters, providing hands-on support and guidance.
  • Drive business development efforts, including lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
  • Engage in end-to-end recruitment, from posting job adverts and sourcing candidates to negotiating offers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the Life Sciences sector.
  • Manage budgets and P&L to ensure the financial success of your team.
  • Set and achieve team targets, while also contributing to individual billings.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in Life Sciences recruitment.
  • Strong track record in business development, with the ability to bring clients on board.
  • Hands-on management experience, with the ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team.
  • Experience in managing budgets and P&L.
  • A passion for recruitment and a desire to drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
